I used "Ha_DHuWe"'s solution and for Origin it works, but... these * shut down the servers that certify the games. I have Origin perfectly functional, without any window that obliges the APP, but I no longer have any games to play.
I contacted the assistance and, without saying it clearly, they made it clear that this "problem" will no longer be solved ... you have to switch to the APP otherwise you will NOT play anymore.
