To uninstall packs on the EA App on your MacBook, open the EA App and go to your "My Collection" or "Library." Find the game for which you want to uninstall packs (like The Sims 4), and click on it. Then, select "Manage Add-ons" or "Manage Game." From there, you can see all the installed packs. Simply find the packs you want to uninstall and click the uninstall option next to each pack. This will free up space and remove them from your game.
