How to close EA app when switching Windows user

The EA app doesn't work at all with a Windows desktop with multiple users logging in to the desktop.

If one user has opened the EA app to play a game, then another user on the same PC cannot open the app and therefore cannot play the games. The only workaround is to use task manager to kill the EA app.

How can I control the EA app so it will *fully shut down* and never stay in the task bar when games are closed? I know I can select "Exit" manually, but my daughter struggles with things that are not normal and continues to just click the x.

Hi there, at the moment, there's no option to enable in settings that will fully close the EA app by pressing X. The only way to fully close is by closing it on the system tray.
