How to fix EA app Error Code EC:10005?

Hi All,

For last 4 days whenever I try to open the EA app using my current ISP network EC:10005 error code is showing. 

The Exact Massage is

Login Failed

We couldn't log you in becasue the network failed to do its network thing. Try again in a few minutes.

Error Code: EC:10005

As per the EA help and the communitie's suggestions I have taken all the steps but the issue is not solved yet.

I have tried the app recovery it is giving massage the app crashed unexpectedly.

I have tried the EA app updater it says unable to connect with update server. 

I have tried EA error report and it says your error report encountered an error.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app for several times and the issue is still existing. Even with a fresh windows I am encountering the same issue.

And all these issues occur only when I am using my current ISP's connection. Till friday which was totaly okay.

Can anyone suggest any solution except changing the ISP connection? 

And what does  "the network failed to do its network thing" quote means?

HI @Quabid693 To check, have you tried the following already?

• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
• Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
• Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
• Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server) 
• Try a new user or admin account

This morning, EA Games app worked fine.  This afternoon, it is utterly useless.  First it says it cannot connect to the server.  Then it gives me:

Something went wrong

Due to the effects of a particularly stubborn issue, you will need to log in again.

Error code: EC:105

Then:

Couldn't connect to servers.

Requires restarting the app. Restarting the app gives me:

Login failed. EC:10005.

Logging in again starts the cycle all over again.

Purging the cache has no effect.

If you are going to require using your app to access your games, you cannot have a nonfunctional app.

I got into the EA app, bought a new game, went to open it and the app crashed and said I needed to log in again. Been trying for 20+ minutes now to get into the stupid app but it keeps coming up with "We can't log you in because your network failed to do its network thing." The one time I did get past that it made me log in again and put me right back to the beginning. 

Anyone else having this issue or know how to get past it? I just want to play the game I just spent $40 on.

getting same thing and i haven't played in about a week and first time getting this EC:10005 when trying to log in after getting that it couldn't connect.

I’ve also cleared cache in the app recovery and tried to log in multiple times and I’m still getting the error code 10005. 

Same thing happened to. 

Nothing wrong with my internet. Tried restarting. Tried logging in on a browser to update my password. Checked to see if its a Steam issue (obviously not). Very annoyed. 

Absolutely nothing has changed except having to use sims through the EA app. It crashes or won't even let me log in 90% of the time giving me error EC10005 login failed because the network failed. I am sick of it. I paid for the game and you can't get help from EA and yet I have lost access to my favorite game. I have not found any work around and my network connection to my internet is not the problem. Is there a fix for this or has anyone found a way to get EA to actually give a crap or help? I have no trouble logging in to me EA account online, just can't play sims through the garbage appl. HELP?!?!?!?
