How to fix EA app Error Code EC:10005?

Signing in results in EC 10005. This is not a problem with my PC.  This is a problem with your network.

Servers are down? Can't even log into the app.

I receved that error whenever i tried to logging in into my account. 

I already tried to uninstall and install the app 

I also tried to log in with a different account. Still, the issue remains 

Same issue here. All I'm trying to do is play a single player game too. Was in the middle of a session of Jedi Survivor and the game shutdown with the app. Why can't I just buy a game on steam and play it through steam and not need this always online EA app?

My hypothesis is the person who was DDOsing Titfanll 2 switch to DDOS the EA login servers. In this case we will have to wait until they fix it. Might as well boot up your other favorite games and go out it while EA fixes their servers. 

I'm also recieving this error code. Very frustrating. My app also will not stay logged in.

It's happened every time I've attempted to log in and I've tried on different connections and did app recovery the very few moments it would perform "offline mode".

Summarize your bug First I got logged out. I thought this was the usual EA App issue of logging me out several times a day so I just rolled my eyes and logged in again. Only it wouldn't let me do so. I tried clearing cache, restarting app and computer, reinstalling EA App, even disabling firewall and nothing has worked. I'm trying to play the Sims 4!
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just try logging in. You won't be able to.
What happens when the bug occurs? I get the error mentioned in the title and get sent back to the login screen.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to get into my account so I can play my games.
