How to fix EA app Error Code EC:105?

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I honestly don't know other then being on my pc. maybe try to launch your app
What happens when the bug occurs? When the EA app tries to launch I see the you're back online in background box then it gets a message (in a ne pop-up box) saying a stubborn issue has happened ,to logout then error code EC:105 (whatever that is) I've tried to restart the app ,nothing. I tried to logout. Again nothing. I've checked my Wi-Fi connection its good (as well I'm on the internet on my PC reporting this) I tried to close the EA background service and app from task manager and reopen the app. even restarted my PC.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to launch or at least logout and log back in to the EA app.

I've tried to see if servers are down, but decided to report the technical issue
