Every Time I try to log in, it shows Error code EC 10000 (sometimes EC 10500). What's the point of purchasing EA Games if all the games I have purchased, I can't access anymore? Origin worked fine, you destroyed every credibility left by moving to EA App which is not working for most users. On the rare occasions that I'm able to log in, it doesn't launch games.

I tried login in another acount then logout and getting into my main acount, for me that worked
Same thing happened to me. Checked firewall, Clean install of app on two different devices. Tried on different network as well. Still no connectivity. Kinda feeling the same anymore. Get rid of these launcher requirements that hamstring our ability to use the product we paid for!

I hear that it's about using vpn ! I am in a network which I have to use vpn. What I should to do. It don't make sense !
If it's a system-related issue then why does it say there's a problem with the account? Shouldn't the message say "there's a problem with your system" instead? The wording is kind of confusing there.
Tried everything available on the table. Uninstalled and reinstalled, repaired, signed in using email id, EA ID, and Steam. Every sign in into the account shows the same error code.
funny howe my account got hacked earlier today and this error message was the result of my being kicked out by the hack
i am having the same issue ec 10000 . i can't login to my acc to play FIFA 23 ( From epic games )
