Those error messages generally point to a system related issue rather than EA app one @priteshstayade.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Good afternoon, I am communicating this means by the fact that my account has suffered or passed this error EC 10000. I want to know if there is hope or a solution to this problem that is happening to my account.
