I JUST FIXED IT.

1. YOU NEED TO RUN EA APP UPDATER, IN THE EA FOLDER. ( ON WIN 10 CLICK ON WINDOWS SYMBOL IT WILL BRING THE LIST OF PROGRAMS AND OPEN EA FOLDER INSIDE IS THE UPDATER)

2. THEN SIGN IN.

Worked for me after i did this. All my games show up now.
