You Can Fix this Issue Follow this steps :::::::

1. Go to Control Panel >> Click Network & Sharing Centre

2. On Left Pane Click Change Adapter Settings

3. On your Ethernet Right Click and Clinck on Properties

4. Untick "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)"

5. Enjoy!

send me your error screenshot and ea log file which is stored in "%localappdata%\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\Logs".
also attach dxdiag report
