I put the EA launcher into Offline Mode pretty much always because sometimes we get power outages and I want to play Sims 4. However, after some times passes (maybe a couple hours if I don't put my computer to sleep, or after I wake the computer from sleep) I get an error code: EC: 10501 stating that: An error of an unresolvable nature has occurred. Due to the effects of a particularly stubborn issue, you will need to log in again.
This error makes me have to relog into the EA app, defeating the purpose of being offline in order to play games offline when a storm hits (as the lost in power turns my computer off. When I turn on my computer, I get kicked off offline mode, making me relog, which I cant because there is no internet, only power). I hope this explains the issue I am having. Please fix this bug or tell me how to fix it. I already "repaired" the launcher and I have a feeling if I reinstall, its not going to fix the issue, so is there another alternative?
