Do you mean for me to try this that was suggested by a previous poster? or did you put something else?
1. Go to Control Panel >> Click Network & Sharing Centre
2. On Left Pane Click Change Adapter Settings
3. On your Ethernet Right Click and Clinck on Properties
4. Untick "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)"

@Redroguegambit Have you done any of the following yet? There is a permission that is either resetting or not saving when you go offline.
- Try a Clean Boot
- Try Safe Mode with Networking
- Try a new Windows Account
If you are running VPN, turn this off. If that does not connect, connect to a mobile hotspot if you can to establish a connect to the servers.
