Community Manager@Redroguegambit Have you done any of the following yet? There is a permission that is either resetting or not saving when you go offline.
If you are running VPN, turn this off. If that does not connect, connect to a mobile hotspot if you can to establish a connect to the servers.
Adding to my previous post:
I stated in the last reply that I am trying to do the offline thing on my other computer, however, it is also getting an error code, but a different one: EC:202 "we've detected a manual time change on your device. Reset your system clock so you can continue playing offline".
