Could you perhaps go to the marked solution of this thread and take a look at the section that says "If you continue to experience the issue", and provide the requested details?

So, I've read and tried everything besides giving you my computer information and nothing. I cannot log into my EA account and I know it's working because I used it on HERE. There's no way for me to get around the EC: 10000 bug. There's at least two things you're asking from my computer stuff I don't even know how to get. Once you have an actual solution, please tell us here. It's very inconvenient to not be able to even log in to my account to play all of the Sims 4 game + DLC. Like, I paid you guys lots of money for everything I got and now I can't even play it.  😠
