EA not counting Sims 4 hours.

so my EA app isn't counting my Sims 4 hours. it's been stuck on 9554hours and 41min for days now and I've played countless hours by now. Also every time i open the EA app it puts my hours down to 78hours but i can fix that by signing out and then in again, but still super frustrating to constantly have to do.

I've already tried clearing cache.

Another mention is i do own the game on Steam but i have all my packs on EA, and I've owned sims on EA before i owned it on steam.
