I am currently having an issue logging into my account on the EA app. Whenever I enter my login details and try to log in I am greeted with an error message saying "Something went wrong. There's a problem with your account. Error Code: EC:10000" I have tried all the methods listed under "I can't log in to my EA Account" post here:https://help.ea.com/uk/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/#error-message.
I also contacted support who told me to try clean or safe booting my computer through this link:https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
None of the methods I tried have worked, so I am posting here to ask for any other methods I can try to resolve this problem. I have linked the error I get in this post.
