Hi to all,
I have the same issue EC:10000 , There is something wrong with your account.
After the error appears, the EA window and error keeps popping up until I run it as an administrator (and yes I tried that too) and click REPAIR, and I have to do it every time I want to try to log in again.
I tried everything. ...From firewall stuff to making different accounts on for ex. steam, trying through google, mail, number.... to internet, vpn and more.
I have no idea what to do now truly....Can anyone help me please? Thank you.
And yes, everything is ok with my account....
First Problem:When I launch a game in EA App ,recive an error message : Failed to launch game---An error on our end caused the launch to fail, try again a little later;
Second Problem:When I launch EA App try to login, always recive an error message : EC:10000;
I try to use inapp founction to recovery the EA app, and try to reinstall EA App, both of these tow actions did not work.
These problem exist long time, please help me solve them, thank you very much.

- 2 years ago@EA_Barry When EC:10000 occoured, I had try this, It did not work. When I login EA App I have to launch EA App and login, when EC:10000 error report display, then restarted EA App in process lasso. Finally I can play NFS, but now the launch game error occurred. Now I miss origin, why EA publish EA App, cant you just copy the code of origin?
