I have not been able to start the EA app in 9days, due to the EC 10500 error, EA support keeps on saying they are working on the issue but nothing happens. I have tried all possible troubleshooting and reinstalling the app, using hours trying everything suggested and all I know but the error lies at EA. But they are not giving any information other than "please wait we are working on it". For how long are we going to wait to play games we all have paid for? Anyone have any ideas on how we can get compensated for this downtime, and if not fixed we should all get all our money spent back! I do not believe EA is prioritizing fixing this issue when they have not even bothered to give any information and I still get the exact same answer on EA chat as I did 9 days ago. Any ideas on how we can move forward?

And I still can't log in to the launcher.
Someone said if they set their language to your "original" language in windows and that fixed it for them, didn't do anything for me except download all the BS microsoft apps again......
EA better get this stuff sorted yesterday!
EDIT: I can't even log in at ea.com with my mail and pw. I have to create a new account and press google login and then i get access....

We done all that stuff. Theres got to be another fix for it, I can't even log in on my phone just says that i need to be connected internet for the first time and that's on the 5g not my Telia network at home.
The steps you posted to solve the error does not work. The ea app cant connect to servers, and I cant log on to my account. I could log on to the account with my phone on 5g, but when I tried sharing the 5g connection with my pc it still wouldnt work. Hope you can find some way to solve this soon, its been like this for days, and I havent spent all that money on games not to be able to play them 😅
