I've seen solutions for the error code 10000 for PC, however, I haven't seen any solutions for mac. Everytime I want to log in to the EA app, I get the error code 10000 "There is a problem with your account." I am able to login to the ea website just fine. I am not able to do an app recovery since I have to login to open the app, but it doesn't let me login. Does anyone have any solutions?
