How to run Ultima VII: Part 2?

I own the Ultima VII: Complete Edition, which includes Ultima VII Parts 1 and 2. After install, I click "PLAY" and it launches Ultima VII: Part I (Black Gate/Forge of Virtue). The Ultima VII: Part II is treated as an add-on, but when I click "Manage Add-Ons" in the Game Hub, I see Ultima VII: Part II listed as "installed" but it is NOT clickable and there is no way to actually launch U7: Part 2. 

By the way, I had no issues when the games ran on the Origin Client, but it does NOT launch on the EA app. How do I launch Ultima VII: Part 2?

I have the same problem. I literally just finished Ultima VII and there's nothing for part 2. I'm positive I double checked that it came with Serpents Isle when I paid for it a few months ago, otherwise I would have just found a sketchy torrent to download.

Please tell me you received an answer somewhere? I was able to locate the actual game files, so I know it was installed, just have no way how to make the EA player load it, because there isn't a way to access 7 pt 2 without loading it separate. 

Same issue... is there a way to run this?
