How to transfer from Origin to EA App?

I recently found out about the EA App when I got a new laptop for travel and saw that Origin was no longer available for download. I'd like to transfer from Origin to the EA App on my Windows PC that I keep at home, and I saw mentions in blogs about waiting until you receive an "invitation" to transfer to the EA App. Is this an email? And do I have to wait for this invite to have all my saves, etc, or can I just download the EA App and uninstall Origin? Thank you!

    Hey there @Folklore1,

    No invitation needed to swap over to the EA App, you can just download the EA App here- be sure that you're logging into the app with the same login details that you use for Origin and all your games and DLC will be available in the EA App for you to download and play 🙂

    Same thing with me. None of my games are on here and I have spent a lot of money on games and packs so I would appreciate it if they transferred

    I know it may be a little late but, is there a way to recover my origin account to migrate to EA App? I tried using my same credentials, but it says that account doesn't exist?
