How to use EA App to download game from the Disc

Hello i am new to disk installing in 2024 pc is a 32 gb i7 1880 ffp high end pc i don't see fifa 12 it said get origin i just created ea app new it doesn't have fifa 12 how? do you play disk/game then? people still access this somehow how?
