@4miazm58nxbg This error indicates a network problem. There does not seem to be many other people encountering this specific error code.
It means:
"The network path was either typed incorrectly, does not exist, or the network provider is not currently available. Please try retyping the path or contact your network administrator."
I assume the laptop works to access the internet as you would have downloaded EA app to begin with.
Perhaps check / install any Windows updates and then try downloading again at
https://www.ea.com/en-ca/ea-app#downloads Let us know if that makes any difference
