I can download Madden 24, but not 25.

It's exactly what the title says.

I got EA Play through the XBOX PC GamePass and have finished linking my account.

 

As a result, I was able to download Madden 24.

 

However, when I press the download button for Madden 25, I get a box that says “There's a problem with your download”.

 

And the download progress percentage doesn't go up at all,

 

Finally, the download is aborted with the message 'You don't have access'.

 

I need help :(

    If anyone is experiencing this issue,

    I contacted both EA and Xbox and wrote down the responses I received from both companies.


    This is an issue that cannot be fixed at this time and is something that both EA and Xbox are aware of. They say it's an issue with Xbox GamePass and that the Madden 25 is downloadable when purchased from the EA app.
