I cannot connect to any EA servers without a VPN

Hello, I have searched EVERYWHERE and tried everything I can think of, e.g., port forwarding, router/modem restarts, DNS flush.

Nothing has worked. I can't connect to any EA website, application, or game server from my regular IP. It only connects when I use a VPN. I opened a case and it was closed for being an "inappropriate" category... and now I can't even find how to submit a case or get to the EA help desk! Where do I even submit a ticket?!

I am based in the US, west coast.

Can anyone please help me?
