Please try the following steps to help clear this error up and get your app back online:
- Open task manager, locate EA Background Service, and end task
- Clear the cache for the EA app
- Run the EA App as an administrator
- Check for any background applications blocking the EA App
If you're still seeing this error once you've tried these steps, please let me know!

@EA_SolaireNone of the suggested fixes are working, The EA app continues to say there is no internet connection after attempting to download for about a minute.
