I cannot download the sims 4 or any of the other packs I have purchased

This all started when growing together was released. I could not download the game for days so I decided to uninstall the game completely. Now i cannot get the game to download at all. The EA app kee...

@EA_SolaireNone of the suggested fixes are working, The EA app continues to say there is no internet connection after attempting to download for about a minute.
