I'm having the same issue. I've confirmed my card more than 10 times since yesterday. The problem is 100% with your application. Every time I confirm my card, the form loads the attached error page every single time, then immediately refreshes the whole app back to the summer sale page. The error message recommends restarting the app as a fix. Restarting the app absolutely does not fix anything!
I created an EA Error Reporter report. Haven't had any feedback at all from that. So I posted on Twitter. Repeatedly. You ignored that too. This is a truly terrible customer service experience.
