I can't connect: no code received
Hi every one,
I can connect to my account through firefox. However, whatever I try, the system asks me to input a code it is supposed to send to my email adress. I never received anything, whether sent from the EA App upon connection attempt, or when I try to modify anything on my account through firefox.
Please help, I would like to acces my library again on new computers.
Hi Hushniktib,
Did you check your spam folders to see if the email ended up there? This can sometimes happen.
Also, check your inbox settings to see if anything blocks EA emails to get through.
If all fails, you'd need to get in touch with EA Support for further help here.
