worthless

 I reported something wasn't working, and they told me to contact the person I bought the game from. If we couldn't resolve the issue, they'd be happy to help. I'd already contacted EA before contacting them, and they couldn't help me. So I asked for help from EA, and they just told me to do what I'd already done, otherwise they wouldn't help me.
