Hi @MURREZ,
Sometimes things don't work as they should with your EA app or games. Clearing the cache can help fix common problems.
From the EA App, select the three dashes in the far-left corner of the EA app and scroll to Help. Click App recovery and select Clear cache.

Hi @MURREZ,
If the folder exists but the EA App can't detect or recognize it, then there are many reasons for that:
- You do not have permissions to the folder or the folder location.
- The folder is on a location that is not currently accessible like an external drive that is not currently connected to the PC.
- The folder has been moved or deleted.
- The folder may be blocked by Windows.
- Your antivirus software may be blocking the folder.
Simply run EA App as administrator and start downloading the game. Also, temporarily disable your antivirus software and see if that works.
Change permissions for that folder: Right-click the folder > "Properties" > "Security" > "Edit" > Allow all permissions except for "Full control".
Note: Make sure you re-enable the antivirus as well as the Windows Firewall since the computer might be at a risk of virus infection.
