i cant install ea app i have error INST-3-1317.

i cant install ea app i have error INST-3-1317.
please can someone help me and tell me what to do to solve this problem

    Hi @11vi11qzu94l,

    This error usually means that the EA app installer has no read/write access to the folders where it needs to install the client or corresponding software. Could you perhaps try to run the EA app installer with Administrator rights and check if the error persists?
