That sounds extremely frustrating! And listen, it's not right! If we can't access the games that we paid good (and a lot might I add) money for, they'll either have to give us a refund, or work around the clock to fix it!
And stop shutting us out of one app before the other one is actually up and running.
I'm gonna write them tomorrow. Hopefully they won't also just delete my complaints like they do yours. If they do, I may be inclined to take this further.. because it can't be legal to keep ones clients from using the products that we PAID for.

@chriskammerer89 Unfortunately I'm sure we all agreed to this treatment when accepted the EULA when purchasing our games.
The only thing we can do is not buy EA games anymore. Imagine how quickly all this crap would get fixed if their stock value started to plummet because of bad sales numbers.
