I can't make a payment!!

When I try to make a payment, I get an error message saying "Transaction failed. Please try again. If the problem persists, try a different payment method." There's nothing wrong with my card. I tried paying with another card, but it gave the same error. I contacted customer service, but even they couldn't figure out the problem. pls helpp, I don't know what to do.
