@x_uchie_x081293 I just figured something out! I just remembered that i have a vpn with my norton security, so i tried turning it off, and now my EA app status is online.

Thank you for responding to my message. I think my issue comes from my wifi because as soon as I used my mobile data, it worked.
I don't know what I have to do for it to work with my wifi. I hope I will figure it out soon but until then I will carry on using my data.

- @x_uchie_x081293 Get in contact with your ISP, they may have to change some settings on their end or guide you how to do it on your router.
- @WildLeja Worked for me, I don't like having to turn off my VPN, they need to fix this.
