I Can't Update My Payment Method

I'm one month away from renewing my membership. I recently received an email from EA about this. I saw that my card registered in the system has expired and I need to renew the card details. When I log in to the EA Play site and try to add a new payment method, I fail. I get an error “Operation failed, please try again later.” I am worried that I will not be able to continue my membership because I cannot add a new payment method. Can you help me with this?
