Not broke. Don't fix it. Now I can't play my fav game that I've spent tons of money on with all the expansion packs and a new one coming out. Can't even put in to words the disappointment.
@EA_Illium It's buggy for 1. 2. I shouldn't have to REINSTALL MY APPS I ALREADY INSTALLED.(you guys claim we don't but, would you look at that that's also broken, almost everyone has that problem) pay my internet bill if you wanna force me to download 20 GB worth of my internet. 3. there are SO SO MANY THINGS that are broken and wrong with your app and if you guys took the time to actually read what people are complaining about and actually FIXED it, we wouldn't have this problem now would we? doing a forced switch is absolutely insane. it should be an option. AN OPTION. just promote it. and maybe try and make it better then origin so people might want to use it? here is your additional information. please use this information well and do something
- @jnettech I don't understand how a company as big as EA can mess up a MANDATORY program this badly. Wish someone would sue them into the ground for negligence.
Played Mass Effect LE for 300 hours through steam when origin was the only other program. It hasn't opened for over a week, and I can't launch any other games from the god awful app. This I thought fair enough times change things creek and we need to move on.
But this is a huge step backwards, any time I open up a game i need to verify the games files then I might need to download and update.
The update download is slower than dial I mean come on. If you are gonna force people to use something, make sure it works.
45Gb to verify game files shouldn't take 10mins specially if they have been verified before.

Okay, I have played over 2000 hours of BF4...no problem. EA App...now when I finish a map I just get stuck on a black screen. Good job EA...nice to see you fixed something that wasn't broken...
