I granted EA full disk access but Sims 4 still isn't downloading

I tried to play Sims 4 but it told me I have to download the EA app (I used to use Origin) so I did. I tried to download the game and packs but it said something went wrong and a window popped up say...

Hi @Sadder_Night,

Really sorry to hear this, are you installing on an external drive or your internal hard-drive?

Could you run an EA Error Report and share the Report ID here as well?

I"m having this same issue and it's really frustrating.
