What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? installed and working - pets stuff, romantic garden, the realm of magic and cottage living (all download on STEAM) unable to install (ON EA) - High school years, Dine Out, Get to Work and Werewolves.

What happens when the bug occurs? DLC download gets to 72% then stops, installation error message pops up.
What do you expect to see? Game successful in installing?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Before anyone recommends troubleshooting options, I have tried ALL of them now. Additionally, I did not move over from origin to EA, I originally downloaded the SIMs from Steam.
