I lost all my game play, please help me!
Dear community. Is it normal not to get help in 5 months? I lost all my game play 5 months ago and I have received zero help since.
This is what I wrote 5 months ago
"I wanted to play Sims 4 and it asked me to install the EA app instead of Origin. It was written that everything would get transfered and not deleted, however, when I opened the EA app, nothing was left. I have rebuilt so many housed and played 5 generations so it feels very sad to have everything deleted. I don't think I want to play anymore if this cannot be solved. Can I get help to get my games back please?"
Since then, nothing has happened and my game is still deleted. Is there really not anyone at EA that can help? What is the point to release a game for people to get invested in only to ask the players to change app (from Origin to EA, without any option to remain at Origin) only to delete the entire game in the transfer? I cannot be the only one who is having this issue and genuinely feeling sad about losing out on countless of hours building up my Sims world.
And yes, I have the correct log in details so please do not put me in a thread where the answer/explanation is that I have the wrong log in details because I don't have the wrong log in details.
