3 years agoHi @tqkwuy0w5j7a Can you try the following steps and check if this message continues?
- Clear EA App's Cache
- Run EA App as admin, or ensure any security software does not limit it from running
- Ensure any Firewall, Proxy, or other connection software does not limit EA App from running

@tqkwuy0w5j7a Wanted to confirm if you are still getting that message when starting EA App? If so, are you able to check the remaining points for anything that may be blocking communication to our servers?
