Ideal bank does not work on EA App.

I can't buy new The Sims 4 content. My IDEAL bank account works everywhere but not in the EA App. I really want it to work, thank you.

My IDEAL APP is up to date and my bank says it's your fault.

    Could it be that you're located in the Netherlands? We've been working on this issue for a while now, and regrettably, it seems there isn't a current solution, as our teams are still investigating the cause of the problem with the iDEAL payment portal. The issue is being monitored on the Dutch forums, here.

    A possible workaround is to use the https://ea.com website on your default browser, where the iDEAL payment portal should function correctly.

    Summarize your bug since a few months i cant buy SIMS 4 packs/bundles. It gives me a white screen in the end of my purchase.
    How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? buy a sims 4 pack
    What happens when the bug occurs? white screen, doenst go to your bank. IDEAL and paypal both wont work
    What do you expect to see? your bank so you can pay.

    Cant buy any sims4 packs, tried different payment methods. both IDEAL and Paypal wont work. gives white screen.

    Yes, I am in The Netherlands. I really love to play The Sims, I do it for years and I (had) all of them. I try that now because I am usually on MAC and Windows with Firefox browser. Thank you very much, I never thought off that. I'll go and try it right now. The Sims is the only game I like, I play it for years now.
