I'm missing all of my games from the EA app

Missing Games from Origin account! I didn't have a computer for a while and now I downloaded the EA app and realise that all of my games that I previously purchased when it was Origin, are gone...

@supuLsoaH See if the following helps with this one

  1. Go to the Control Panel
  2. Programs and Features
  3. Uninstall EVERY SINGLE Microsoft C++ Redistributable
  4. Download the EA App installer but DONT RUN IT YET
  5. go to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 and download the appropriate architecture of the latest C++
  6. Install the C++ Package
  7. Go to Local Disk/Program Files/ Electronic Arts AND DELETE THE ENTIRE ELECTRONIC ARTS FOLDER
  8. Restart Computer
  9. Install EA App

Sorry, that didn't work. It's still only showing Dragon Age Origins
