My Fix was i installed the "EAappInstaller.exe"
Then i deleted the entire "Electronic Arts" folder.
Then i went into the app installer and pressed "Repair"
I think Just pressing repair would work but i deleted the folder
That works for me hope it works for you guys too

@VilladsMTB_73 this hasn't worked for me yet. in fact the repair button doesn't even work now.

Go to the https://www.ea.com/ea-app donwload the app installer again, do not uninstall, install and it should show "install again or repair", click on repair.
