Impossible to launch Sims 4 without Internet connection

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? I can't launch it, so...

@Viddeliten I know this.
This is bad. Anf sometimes when your internet is fine but the EA servers ate lagging too much it is the same 😑
