Impossible to launch Sims 4 without Internet connection

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? I can't launch it, so...

absolutely. I need an offline only mode that DOES NOT try to reconnect to the internet at all. Sometimes i want to be offline for months at a time. This absolutely should be illegal if you purchase a single player entertainment product.
