Impossible to launch Sims 4 without Internet connection

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? I can't launch it, so...

Ok, now I’m not one to normally complain but I find it so crazy that I can’t play the sims 4 unless I have Wi-Fi. And before anyone says “it automatically put you in offline mode” NO IT DOESN’T. I’m really getting annoyed. The EA app has to be connected to wifi to even open so I can’t access the game. I thought even with the icon on my desktop the game would load but no the EA app can’t connect this is so bogus!

    Change the EA App to be in offline mode then you should be able to start the game.

      I can’t even open the EA app.
