Impossible to launch Sims 4 without Internet connection

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? I can't launch it, so...

I did this and still doesn't work. Error EC:204 still shows up.

The app version is 13.213.1.5720

Error EC:204 still shows up. App version 13.288.0.5801. Wanted to play offline without updating the game to not have bug/issues from the last update, but I guess i don't pay enough.

    Got hit with this today after finally upgrading to the current patch. [sigh]

      Same here.  Updated earlier today and still can't play offline.

        After deleting the app, reinstall it, and the same problem occurs after the computer format
