Impossible to launch Sims 4 without Internet connection

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? I can't launch it, so...

Nothing yet? It's ridiculous that after spending thousands on base game + all expansions we can't enjoy an offline game >OFFLINE<. Been playing this since 2001, makes no sense!! Since you have some connection with the people there, can you please explain the reasoning behind this? It's the least they can do if they won't change this dumb design

    Error still shows up with app version 13.329.0.5842 (90068-166e8d66fb). PLEASE FIX IT!
