Impossible to launch Sims 4 without Internet connection

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? I can't launch it, so...

Your software teams are garbage. I just got Sim 4 and cannot use it; EA app, that I was forced to created from stream, REFUSES to allow me to play  sim 4. The apparent internet issues making games unplayable is still an issue. Clearly you do not care for your customers. Games need to be played independently from your servers or your useless!
